Hot wire for shaping foam molds?

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has tried using a hot wire cutter for shaping foam molds?

Would be interesting to see if you could shape the wire for perfect concave etc...

I've not done it myself, but I know that some people do. Search "hot wire CNC" on YouTube for some cool ideas for precise hot wire cutting.
